Holding a space of love - witnessing without judgement and championing wholeness. Allowing the grace of connection to nurture both the spiritual life and human experience. It is the gift of truly being with an other, holding you in compassion & meeting you where you are. There is no “fixing” – simply witnessing, an invitation to deeply experience the present – moment by moment.
I offer safe & confidential boundaries within which the present moment can be revealed & an inner, self-directed healing can be unveiled. I allow for silence & spaciousness, trusting that it is the nature of Grace to fill spaces that have been left empty. I see vulnerability as an act of strength, courage & connection. I listen for the subtleties of what is being said and what is not being said. I offer a Divine mirror – whereby we are all reflections of each other. I cultivate a place of rest – of tenderness, where all is welcome.

Initial 20 minute consultation - free of charge
Cost: £60/session
Sessions last between 60 - 75 minutes.
Available in person or via skype/telephone.
